Extension of the Main Water Network to the West Municipalities of Bogotá

SUMMARY
Extension of the water distribution system of Bogotá to supply water to the Water Systems of the West municipalities: Funza, Madrid and Mosquera and assuring flow capacity to supply water to Bojacá, La Mesa and Anapoima (Bajo Tequendama municipalities). The project benefits 550.000 inhabitants with a 1,200 L/s flow by reinforcing the main network with a Ø42” and Ø30” pipeline, Booster pumping station, Booster, secondary lines and tanks located at the municipalities’ points of supply.
SCOPE
Alternative study, Feasibility and pre-design of chosen alternative and other works for the extension of Bogota Aqueduct Main Water Network to the municipalities of Funza, Madrid and Mosquera and to the Bajo Tequendama Regional Aqueduct (Bojacá, La Mesa and Anapoima).
