Project, program and portfolio management
CSD & CIA SAS offers project, program and portfolio management services for any industry. Our project management consulting services follow the PMBOK's best practices, which are reviewed and approved by a certified PMP; we use Talaia OpenPPM in all of our services. Our services include scope, cost, schedule, communications, risk, procurement and stakeholder management. We are oficial partners of Talaia-OpenPPM (Spain) in Colombia.
- Talaia is an speciliazed software for project, program and portfolio management, it is internet-based, and it allows to plan, execute, control and close the different processes of one or more projects
- It articulates programs and project portfolios, which allows an integral overview of a company's operation. It has access levels for different stakeholders

- Instalation, training and deployment is done directly with the developer
- We offer consulting services after Talaia is deployed, such as the adjustment of company processes to make the most of Talaia, among others
