SUMMARY
Diagnosis of the current situation in the provision of the water supply, sewerage and solid waste services determining the corporate viability of the service provider entities; predesigns and public work plans were elaborated and the required investments for each municipality were prioritized.
SCOPE
Technical and institutional evaluation of the provision of water supply, sewerage and solid waste systems in its legal, operational, commercial, financial and organizational components for municipalities of the departments of Antioquia, Atlántico, Magdalena and Cesar.
